SHIPPING
We do not require a
RMA
(Return Material Authorization) to receive your equipment for repair.
All we require is a purchase order accompanying the equipment sent to be repaired.

EMERGENCY PRESHIP
Call us should you need an immediate shipment. You will be billed at the normal repair price plus any
special shipping charges. We require that your replacement unit be shipped to us within 30 days of the pre-ship date.
Should your equipment prove to be non-repairable, you would be charged for an exchange. Please contact us at:

REPAIRS
Our policy is to repair your equipment to like new working conditions. Conversions, modifications and special circuits are available upon request.
TURN-AROUND
We strive to provide a ten (10) working day turn-around within our facility. Should special circumstances arise, you will be notified.
WARRANTY
We warranty workmanship and material for twelve (12) months from the date of the repair.
Each unit repaired and returned to you will have a warranty sticker affixed to the unit which will state the
respectived date the warranty expires. Units damaged through accident, improper installation, severe water damage, or
severe lightning damage will not be warranted.
NON-REPAIRABLE EQUIPMENT
We strive to keep non-repairable equipment down to 1% or less. Should you have a non-repairable unit, we will contact you to discuss other options.
